8 minute chest workout video

I'm now halfway through my 10 week diet. There is still a way to go, but I'm getting more ripped every week. I have lost about 22 pounds since starting the diet. Here is a 8 minute workout video from my latest chest workout. The exercises are as follows:

Dumbbell press with 100 pound dumbbells
15 degree smith benchpress with 120-200 pounds
Cable flyes with 70-130 pounds
Decline hammer press with 90-160 pounds
Dumbbell flyes with 35-50 pounds
Eccentric dips for max reps

    Just wana say ur blog is awesome, some really cool knowledge here. Was wondering if you could write an article about the "how" and the practical side of diet/eating? like how to count calories for a total beginner? how to cut calories? what to use etc?

    Regardless of above, will be checking your blog often.
